Time Division Multiple Access - многостанционный доступ с временным разделением каналов, метод, обеспечивающий различным абонентам доступ к цифровым сигналам в различных временных интервалах). Детерминистический метод TDMA компании iDirect предполагает первоначальное распределение только части доступной емкости с быстрым динамическим выделением оставшейся части по текущим потребностям абонентов при учете следующих параметров: текущая длина очереди каждого удаленного терминала; присвоенное значение CIR, параметры QoS/приоритизации и ограничение по скорости (Rate Limiting) каждого удаленного терминала.
